As an individual that provides custom farming services that entails tilling, seeding and haying services to the under 100 acre property owner, it is imperative that I have reliable tractors, implements and equipment to provide these services. It is a fact that all mechanical equipment will, during their lifetime, have a failure of some small part that causes the equipment to not function properly or be inoperable. When you are baling 80 acres and have an equipment malfunction and rain is due in 8 hours, you do not want your dealer to inform you that the parts are not in stock and they will not be able to send a mechanic out for another 24 hours. This scenario requires that I receive an extremely quick response for in the field service from my dealer when an event such as described occurs.
